My name is Sara, a curious, adventurous, sensitive and energetic soul who loves to discover and explore the world and, time and time again, step outside my comfort zone.

My roots are in Cantabria, where I studied elementary guitar at an early age and later Business Studies. I worked in the family business until I was 28, when an inner voice that kindly asked me to move on, making me see that this was not the place for me to grow, went from being a whisper to a shout after my father passed away.

I moved to the island of Lanzarote, a place with the energy of water and fire that connected me with that latent force within me, and I began a new personal and professional journey into the world of yoga, massage, meditation...

I have worked in numerous private centres, hotels, events, workshops, schools... where I have developed a personal style that is reflected in my yoga, meditation and massage classes. I have travelled to Australia, Indonesia, Costa Rica, Sri Lanka, India, Nepal, Thailand, Israel, Europe... enriching and nourishing myself with different cultures, especially in India, where I always return.

In 2019, I opened El Árbol de la Vida (The Tree of Life) in Lanzarote, an oasis where a beautiful community was born that remains and continues to grow today.

Currently, Universo Selvaje brings together the work of the last decade, where I integrate the creative and more musical aspects into therapies, thus fulfilling a dream that had been brewing for some time.

Universo, as a fusion of the parts with the whole, the integration of each of those parts that make us who we are and unite us.

‘Selvaje’ (Wild) reminds us of our unique footprint, that only from our being can we live in coherence, that your most authentic version is the one that brings you back to inner peace and harmony.
