RESPIRACIÓN
Beyond the pranayamas we practise in yoga, there is a way to use your breath as a therapeutic tool, where we identify the patterns we have anchored since early childhood as a defence mechanism against perceived threats, against what we have not been able to digest or assimilate, thus blocking our respiratory mechanism and limiting our ability to feel, our vital energy and our connection to the source.
Through group sessions and individual practices, we remember, unblock, allow ourselves to feel and breathe freely again, as we did when we were born.


In the Patreon online community, you will find numerous techniques and exercises for using breathing as meditation, expanding your lung capacity and energy, and learning to channel it with techniques that have their origins in Tantra.
BREATHWORK
In these sessions, either individual or group, through circular and connected breathing, accompanied by live music, from a loving and compassionate approach towards ourselves, we allow ourselves to feel from a safe place, mobilising and giving space to the energies stuck in the body and in the memory, letting go of any expectations, loving what is, accepting and embracing.
